  • For decoction take the leaves of plant, add water in it and boil it.
  • Boil till it’s reduced to one fourth of the actual amount, let it cool a little and consume it.
  1. Bhumi Amla (Phyllanthus Niruri)

This herb is very beneficial to clear pitta. This is also very helpful to tackle the problem of inflammation, high sugar content, toxins and damaged cells. This is very beneficially in balancing the level of bilirubin, and these protein levels further help to cure a fatty liver.

How to take Bhumi amla?

Take 10 to 20 ml Bhumi amla juice every day.

  1. Katuki (Picrorhiza Kurroa)

This herbal formulation is also very helpful to cure fat in the liver. This is known enhance the level of bilirubin, reduce inflammation from the liver, regenerate damaged liver cells, enhance digestion, provide immunity and manage the condition of cirrhosis and jaundice.

How to Take Katuki?

  • Take this in powder form. The dosage can be anything from 1gm to 3gms in adults and 500mg to 1gm in children.

How to take Makoy?
